چکیده
Abstract Background and aims Pb Sn concentration increase rapidly due to the industrial revolution cause a significant reduction in wheat production productivity. Understanding genetic control of tolerance is very important produce cultivars that are tolerant such metals. Methods Extensive analyses using genome-wide association study, functional annotation, gene enrichment were investigated set 103 highly diverse spring genotypes. Kernel traits as kernel length (KL), diameter (KD), width (KW), 1000-kernel weight (TKW) measured under each metal well controlled conditions. Results The GWAS identified total 131, 126, 115 markers associated with Ctrl, Pb, Sn. Moreover, stress index (STI) for was calculated revealed 153 105 markers, respectively. Remarkably, one SNP Ku_c269_2643 located within TraesCS2A02G080700 model found be KL three results three, six networks have an processes involved formation. target alleles all detected by most genotypes truly select candidate parents crossing future breeding programs. Conclusion This first study unlocked yield heavy metals will accelerate programs improve

Estimation of Genetic Control Model for Agronomic Traits in the Progeny of Marvdasht and MV-17 Wheat Cross under Normal and Terminal Drought Stress Conditions
The study of the genetic structure controlling agronomic traits is one of the preconditions for selecting the appropriate breeding method. In order to analyze genetic of some agronomic traits of bread wheat using generation mean analysis, parents and different generations resulting from the cross of Marvdasht × MV-17 wheat cultivars were assessed in a randomized complete block design with three...
متن کاملGenetic diversity in spring wheat cultivars and relationships between traits under terminal drought stress
For evaluation of the traits related to water deficit stress in 20 spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars and subsequently determination of the most tolerant and sensitive cultivars, an experiment was carried out in split plot based on randomized complete block design (RCBD) in the research farm of the University of Tabriz, Iran during 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 crop seasons. The first fac...
متن کاملPath Analysis of Yield Related Traits in Wheat Genotypes under Normal Irrigation and Drought Stress Conditions
For identification of correlations and relations among different traits in bread wheat, 30 genotypes were investigated based on a split plot experiment in the form of randomized complete block design with three replications under normal and moisture stress conditions during the 2016-2017 crop season. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the effect of genotypes was significant for...
متن کاملGenetic analysis of agronomic and physiological traits of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) using generation mean analysis under drought stress conditions and spring planting in the cold climate
Study of heritability and gene action to improve agronomic and physiological traits, especially under drought stress conditions, are very important. The objectives of this study were to investigate heritability for important agronomic traits and some physiological characters in a cross between two spring wheat cultivars. The experiment was carried out using different generations (BC1, BC2, F3, ...
متن کاملgenetic analysis of yield and agronomic traits in bread wheat (triticum aestivum) under normal and drought stress conditions
drought stress is one of the most important environmental stresses that affect yield of bread wheat strongly. considering that the yield achieved with the interaction of a large number of plant traits and environment, so the morphological and agronomical traits, can serve as selection criteria under environmental conditions. by genetic analysis and estimation of inheritance and mode of gene act...
